Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Delhi, India

Reach Delhi where you will be assisted to the hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi-Paro-Thimphu (Land Of The Stupas)

Board a flight for Paro from Delhi Airport. On reaching Paro you will be welcomed in a traditional way of Bhutan and guided to your hotel in Thimphu. On the way to pay a visit to the Simtokha Dzong (Bhutan’s ancient fortresses).  After relaxing at the hotel go for a tour to the National Memorial Chorten, which was built and maintained based on the ancient stupa. It is comprising a pyramidic pillar raised by a crescent moon and sun. After that visit Tashichho Dzong which is a Buddhist monastery and fort of the 13th century.

Day 3 : Thimphu Exotic Wildlife Tour

Nestled at greenery covered slope over the city, Takin Sanctuary is a wildlife reserve in Thimphu and got it to name for national animal Takin. Explore the folk heritage museum that allows a glimpse into the customs, traditions, and See the Folk Heritage Museum, which offers insight into the lifestyle, culture, and antiquities of Bhutanese villages and life in village houses.

Day 4 : Temple Of The Divine Madman At Punakha

After having morning meal move ahead for Punakha, the ancient capital of Bhutan. Ride through the Dochula pass situated at a height of 10200 feet, passing through the pine forest, decorated with draping lichen. Don’t forget to sip tea while relaxing your eyes by scenic landscapes along the way. Drive until you reach the temple of the divine Madman (Chimi Lhakhang). It was established in 1499 by the 14th hierarchy of Drukpa. It was built in his respect once the lama conquered the demoness of the nearby Dochu La using  “Thunderbolt of flaming wisdom”.

Day 5 : Palaces And Temples Tour At Punakha

Travel to the dignified Punakha Dzong that is considered as the palace of extreme happiness. Located at the gathering of two rivers, the dzong was established in  1637. It has maintained elegance even after facing disasters and calamities.

Day 6 : Spiritual Tour To Paro

Ride Down to Paro. Travel to Rinpung Dzong, a blend of monastery and fortress beside a river. The monastery housing the district Monastic Body and government regulatory departments of Paro Dzongkhag.
